Prestige Projects

Our previous projects include many luxury residential properties in prime London locations. English Heritage Listed Buildings, converted churches and penthouse apartments.

Crowbrook House

Hunsdon, Hertfordshire

This new house in a conservation area has a H-shaped plan, glazed open corners and flush thresholds connect interior spaces to the garden. The tower ceiling in the main living space allows high-level light to fill the heart of the house. There are a number of sustainable features including solar PVs, thermal panels and a timber frame breathing wall construction.

Cadogan Square

Knightsbridge, London

Located in a listed Victorian property with obligations to retain the original internal features. This lateral 5 bedroom apartment has been remodelled to create a flow and transparency of modern living by combining Retro Scandinavian influences with modern Italian design.

Courthope Road

Wimbledon, London

A transformation of an existing 2 storey property in SW19 into a 4000sqft 4 storey residence. The property comprises of a new cinema and gym in the basement with the effect of natural light into all areas, new ground floor rear extension with minimal frameless glazing to all sides of the extension. New loft extension with 2 en-suite bathrooms.

Elgin Cresent

Notting Hill, London

This four-storey glass fronted family residence is sandwiched between two terraced houses in West London on a site less than 3 m wide. The guiding principles behind the project were to introduce as much light as possible throughout the building whilst retaining privacy from the many neighbouring windows.

The Church was developed under a joint venture with a partner resulting in the refurbishment of the existing building comprising of new extended basement facility, new sanitary and Church communal space with new first floor office space. Above the office space the existing layout was reconfigured comprising completed structural alterations and roof amendments to create two luxury residential flats.

The Lycee

Set in a Grade II listed Victorian School, the Lycee offers spacious, adaptable, horizontal living for an extended family. Combining two flats into one, the strategy was to create a single double-height space flowing seamlessly throughout the ground floor, dividable through the carefully detailed concealed storey high doors. On the first floor and mezzanine the joinery is white, with vibrant green carpets and walnut stairs. Although a big dramatic impressive space, this apartment also holds secret and private spaces.
